Erich is an owner and President of Remodeling Designs and is responsible for all sales. He is the first person a client will meet with at their home. Erich enjoys cooking, traveling, playing cards and is now a retired soccer and softball coach having spent many years traveling with his 2 daughters. Erich graduated from the University of Dayton with a Mechanical Engineering degree. He is an active member in the Centerville Rotary club. Erich and his wife Kelly have owned Remodeling Designs for 18 years.

Kelly is an owner and is responsible for marketing, advertising and client relations. She is usually the first person clients talk with on the phone concerning their remodeling project. Kelly enjoys watching most any sporting event, loves to travel and treasures spending time with her 2 girls, 20 and 22. She is an active volunteer in the community with a concentration in and passion for the Centerville Noon Optimist Club and Southbrook Christian church. Kelly is a University of Dayton graduate with a degree in marketing, public relations and broadcasting.

Karen is the Office Production Manager. Her job responsibilities include researching and ordering materials for all jobs, scheduling and running the day to day office operations. Organization and creativity are her middle names! She enjoys traveling, a warm sandy beach and spending time with her family. Karen is an advocate with Team In Training, an organization that supports the fight against Leukemia and Lymphoma.

Tom is our Field Production Manager and Estimator here with over 7 years experience with Remodeling Designs, Inc. Tom has his Masters in Applied Behavioral Science which enhances his estimating and management skills. Tom enjoys skiing and watching the Pittsburgh Steelers with his eldest son who is a freshman in college. He and his wife Annette are also enjoying their very active, adorable 3 year old son.

Gary is a Project Manager and our senior team member with over 13 years with us. He has worked in the construction field for over 32 years. He is an expert plumber, framer, and finish carpenter. When he's not working, he and his girlfriend Kathy enjoy their two dogs, Nakita and Fubu.

Scott is a Project Manager and has over 12 years with us. His expertise is in HVAC and tile setting. He and his wife Cindy own a historic home in the Oregon District. They have one dog, Sadie and enjoy spending time on their boat on Norris Lake.

Mark is a Project Manager and will be celebrating 12 years with RDI this year. Mark is an excellent framing carpenter and does cabinet quality finish work. He enjoys spending time as a full time, paid coach for his boy's soccer team. He and his wife Dell have a daughter who is a sophomore at Wright State and a son who is a sophomore in high school.

Randy is a very talented Project Manager. He has been with us for over 8 years. His expertise is in framing and finish carpentry. He has a great ability to see into the future on large scale projects. When not remodeling, he likes to spend time outdoors riding his Harley Davidson, camping and white water rafting. Randy loves spending time with his 9 year old daughter.

Brian is a Project Manager and has been on the team for over 8 years. He has a degree in Marketing from the University of Dayton. Brian is great at framing, and has become an expert in electrical, plumbing and drywall. Brian and his wife Kate live in Dayton and have 2 adorable little boys, ages 2 years and 4 years and a new baby girl born at the end of 2007 that keep them on their toes.

Chad is a Project Manager with over 7 years with us. He is an excellent framing carpenter, drywaller, and trim carpenter. Chad enjoys being outdoors, hunting and is in the process of finishing up building an amazing log cabin. Chad and his wife Lisa are excited to be expecting their first baby in the beginning of 2008.

Sue is our in house designer and primarily works with our clients to develop design concepts for any type of remodeling project. She works closely with Erich as part of the sales and design team. She has a BA degree from Miami University in Fine Arts and Design as well as her MBA from Centenary college in Louisiana. In her spare time she enjoys quilting, snow skiing and spending time with her family - her husband Bill and two children, Jackie who is a sophomore at Baldwin Wallace and Greg who is a junior in high school.

Vicki performs the important accounting and bookkeeping duties for Remodeling Designs. She enjoys the great outdoors, reading for pleasure, scenic motor cycle rides and spending time with her family including her son Dante. For the last 3 years she has participated in martial arts and is impressively on track for her black belt.

Cody is an Assistant Carpenter. He came to us in May of 2007 as he was graduating from Vandalia high school. He completed course study that concentrated in becoming a Project Manager in the field of Remodeling. He is eager and excited to learn the trade with the goal of running his own major remodeling project sometime in the future. He and his wife Jennifer are enjoying their one year old, beautiful daughter.
