Erich is an owner and President of Remodeling Designs and is responsible for all sales. He is the first person a client will meet with at their home. Erich enjoys cooking, traveling, playing cards and is now a retired softball and soccer coach having spent many years traveling with his two daughters. Erich graduated from the University of Dayton with a Mechanical Engineering degree. He is an active member in the Centerville Rotary club. Erich and his wife Kelly have owned Remodeling Designs for 21 years.

Kelly is an owner and responsible for the marketing, human resources, accounting, and client relations. She is usually the first person clients talk with on the phone concerning their remodeling project. Kelly enjoys watching most any sporting event, loves to travel and treasures spending time with her two girls. She is an active volunteer in the community with a concentration in and passion for the Centerville Noon Optimist Club and Southbrook Christian Church. Kelly is a University of Dayton graduate with a degree in marketing, public relations and broadcasting.

Christine Balsan is a Sales Consultant and the newest member to the RDI team. She started working for Remodeling Designs in January of 2011. She graduated from the University of Dayton in 2008 in Sport Management with a minor in Marketing and Communications. Her sales experience will be an asset to the growth of the company. She, her husband Mark and their dog Maya just moved into their first home in Washington Township.

Karen is the Office Production Manager and is celebrating 11 years with Remodeling Designs. Her job responsibilities include researching and ordering materials for all jobs, scheduling and running the day to day office operations. Organization and creativity are her middle names! She enjoys traveling, a warm sandy beach and spending time with her family. Karen is an advocate with Team In Training, an organization that supports the fight against Leukemia and Lymphoma.

Gary is a Project Manager and our senior team member with over 16 years with us. He has worked in the construction field for over 35 years. He is an expert plumber, framer, and finish carpenter. When he's not working, he enjoys spending time with his large family, watching sports, and playing with his dog Viper.

Scott is a Project Manager and has over 15 years with us. His expertise is in HVAC and tile setting. He and his wife Cindy own a historic home in the Oregon District. They have one dog, Haley and enjoy spending time on their boat on Norris Lake.

Randy is a very talented Project Manager. He has been with us for over 11 years. His expertise is in framing and finish carpentry. He has a great ability to see into the future on large scale projects. When not remodeling, he likes to spend time outdoors hunting, camping and white water rafting. Randy loves spending time with his 12-year-old daughter.

Brian is a Project Manager and has been on the team for over 11 years. He has a degree in Marketing from the University of Dayton. Brian is great at framing, and has become an expert in electrical, plumbing and drywall. Brian and his wife Kate live in Dayton and have three adorable little boys ages 7-years, 5-years, and 1-year and an irresistible 3-1/2 year-old daughter that keeps them on their toes.

Chad is a Project Manager with over 10 years with us. He is an excellent framing carpenter, drywaller, and trim carpenter. Chad enjoys being outdoors, with hunting being one of his favorite passions. His number one priority is spending time with his 3-year-old beautiful little girl!

Cody came to us in May of 2007 as he was graduating from Vandalia high school. He completed course study that concentrated in becoming a Project Manager in the field of Remodeling. He is now a carpenter and running his own remodeling projects. He and his wife Jennifer are enjoying their 4-year-old, beautiful daughter and 2-year-old active little boy.

Beth A. Spegal started her Interior Design career in 1986 after graduating from Miami University with a B.S. in Interior Design. She assists our clients with space planning and cabinet designs with 20/20 software and comprehensive material selections. She owns her own business as well, called House Dressings Interior Design, Ltd. Aside from work, Beth resides in Camden, OH with her husband, Bill, of 21 years. Relaxation includes gardening, sewing and of course, working on her own home.
